Service Description

Coaching and strategy for the overextended high performer. Includes 8 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions as well as unlimited email communication. Clients will develop awareness of how their thoughts and feelings, set goals and boundaries, and develop a mental toolkit for how to manage their minds and schedules moving forward.
